The National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association (NRC) recently nominated R. J. Corman, Vice President of Commercial Development, Contracted Services, Chase Armstrong, to its Board.

In this new role, effective January 1st, 2022, Armstrong will serve a three-year term and join seven other board members.

"I'm excited for the opportunity to work with a wonderful organization such as the NRC," said Armstrong, "and I'm looking forward to getting involved in the different committees to contribute to an already successful organization."

Along with his responsibility at the NRC, Armstrong serves on the Board of Directors of the Railway Engineering - Maintenance Suppliers Association (REMSA) and was named "2021 Rising Star of the Railroad Industry" by Progressive Railroading magazine.
